Quality cost time ဆိုတဲ့ ဒီတြိဂံလေးကို တွေ့ဖူးကြပါမယ်။ မြန်ကောင်းသက်သာဆိုပြီး မြန်မာမှုပြုကြတယ်။ project management triangle လို့ခေါ်ပါတယ်။ တြိဂံဆိုတဲ့အတိုင်း တစ်ခုနှင့်တစ်ခုက ဆက်စပ်နေတယ်။ တစ်ခုရဲ့ အနည်းအများ အလျော့အတင်းက ကျန်တဲ့၂ခုကို သက်ရောက်မှုရှိတယ်။ လူတိုင်းက အဲဒီ ၃ခုစလုံး အိုကေချင်တယ် ဆိုတဲ့ theory သဘောတရားအရ ရည်မှန်းချက်တွေ ထားနေကြပေမယ့် practical သဘောတရားအရ it is not possible to optimize all three – one will always suffer တဲ့။ ၃ခုစလုံး အိုကေဖို့ဆိုတာ မဖြစ်နိုင်ပါဘူးတဲ့။ တစ်ခုကတော့ အမြဲတန်း ကျန်နေမယ် ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ pick any two ၂ခုသာရွေးချယ်နိုင်ပါတယ်လို့ ဆိုပါတယ်။
Fast, Good, Cheap ဆိုတဲ့ အဲဒီ pick any two ပုံကို Euler's diagram လို့ခေါ်ပါတယ်။
- quickly and to a high standard, but then it will not be cheap
- quickly and cheaply, but it will not be of high quality
- with high quality and cheaply, but it will take a relatively longer time ပါတဲ့။
